About DFTCI
Our Philosophy
We aim to provide a charitable service to the vulnerable elderly and those close to their end-of life by providing practical, emotional, pastoral, personalised and caring support to enable these vulnerable groups to live their last remaining days according to their reasonable wishes and expectations in a supportive, caring and non judgemental manner.
Our Expertise
Our team of selected personnel offer a wide diversity of skills with a range of vast experience which covers medical and allied medical services expertise including experienced caregivers, pastoral counsellors, nutritional advisors, passionate retired medical personnel and exercise therapists who are able to co-ordinate and liaise with registered medical doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and social workers to provide effective, compassionate and coordinated care for our clients.
TCI Services
We offer a range of bespoke home care services including regular home visitations, wellbeing support and advice. We source and provide appropriate mobility aids and advise on appropriate self-care with an emphasis on carer support and education to encourage appropriate medicine usage and compliance and chronic disease care and more. We pride ourselves on trying to maintain a client's independence irrespective of the their circumstances and to keep them in their own home environment and provide the necessary means to facilitate such a desire in the most pragmatic and practical approach possible in a compassionate and caring setting. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and work closely with families and caregivers and liaise with medical professionals to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
